As a Principal/Sr. Principal RF Hardware Subsystem Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of RF hardware subsystems for complex systems. You will lead a team of engineers in the development and testing of these subsystems, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and performance standards. Your expertise in RF hardware and subsystem integration will be critical in the successful test and deployment of these systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RF hardware subsystems, including antennas, amplifiers, and filters.
  • Lead a team of engineers in the integration and testing of RF hardware subsystems.
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure that RF hardware subsystems meet performance and reliability requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that RF hardware subsystems are integrated with other system components.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in RF hardware design and integration.
  • Proven experience in leading teams of engineers in the development and testing of complex systems.
  • Strong understanding of RF hardware and subsystem integration principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
