As a Principal Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation for complex systems and software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for complex systems and software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on documentation and related tools.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on complex systems and software products.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Adobe FrameMaker and other documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
