As a Principal Test Engineer - Electrical Engineering, you will lead electrical test engineering efforts, developing and executing test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans, procedures, and protocols to validate electrical systems and components. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating electrical test risks, and developing and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols to validate electrical systems and components.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products and identify and mitigate electrical test risks.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure test plans are aligned with product requirements.
- Develop and maintain electrical test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical test engineering, with a focus on electrical systems and components.
- Strong knowledge of electrical test principles, methods, and tools.
- Experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
