• 5+ years (AM) / 8+ years (Manager–SM) in policy development, data governance, compliance, or enterprise process management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC data protection and privacy regulations (PDPL, DIFC, ADGM).
• Experience designing policy frameworks for data, AI, or technology programmes in large enterprises.
• Excellent technical writing skills: ability to produce clear, concise, and legally sound policy documents.
• Facilitation and workshop design skills; experience managing multi-stakeholder review and approval processes.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN notation) and document management platforms.
