About the Role
As a Product Lead for AI Safety within the Trust & Safety team, you will be responsible for the content safety of Global AI products. Your primary objective will be to establish and optimize AI safety capabilities, reduce risk levels for AI application scenarios and large models, and develop robust AI safety methodologies. This role requires close cooperation with AI business teams and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders across the entire Trust and Safety division.
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI safety Product Management team, focusing on content safety for Global AI products.
- Build advanced AI safety capabilities for complex scenarios, including large models and various AI applications, while simultaneously establishing comprehensive AI safety methodologies.
- Establish and grow a dedicated team, defining clear directions and milestones to promote continuous optimization and iteration of AI safety capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with RD (Research & Development), Algo (Algorithm), Ops (Operations), and Policy teams to support the rapid growth of large models and AI applications.
Qualifications
What should I bring with me?
- 5+ years of product experience, with at least 2+ years of PM team leader experience. Experience in algorithms and product management is essential, with a preference for candidates who also have safety or strategy experience.
- Possess a deep understanding of algorithms and a strong interest in large models. You should be keen to research and explore large model application scenarios and various training methods.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to responding to business requirements and have the ability to design complex product architectures.
- Be goal-oriented with excellent abilities in data analytics, coordination, and project promotion.
