Job Description:
● Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
● Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products or product enhancements.
● Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget.
● Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products.
● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and work with teams to optimize performance.
● Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
● Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust product strategy and positioning accordingly.
Desired Skills:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
● Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
● Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Deep understanding of Photo Editing industry trends, technology, and customer needs.
