About the Role
As a Product Manager for AI/ML, you will be instrumental in defining and driving the strategy, vision, and execution of AI/GenAI development platforms. This role involves significant cross-functional collaboration and managing the full product lifecycle from conception to deployment and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the vision for the AI/GenAI development platforms. Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for platform evolution in line with emerging AI trends and organizational goals. Prioritize platform features and enhancements based on internal team needs and technological advancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with AI/ML teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with business objectives. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to drive platform development and adoption.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of the platform from conception through release and beyond. Monitor platform performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on improvements. Ensure timely delivery of platform updates and new features.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Provide guidance on best practices for development and platform utilization. Ensure the platform supports a range of AI development activities, from data processing to model training, fine-tuning, and deployment. Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to continuously enhance the platform.
- User Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for platform users. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team proficiency in using the platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience with overall experience of 10-15 years and working as a Product Manager or Owner, preferably in AI/ML or technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and development processes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience in managing AI/ML platforms or tools.
- Familiarity with software development and data science workflows.
- Leadership experience in a technical product management role.
