About the Role

We seek a skilled and experienced Product Manager with Generative AI expertise to join the Product team at PriceLabs. As a Product Manager, you will be critical in drafting and executing Generative AI strategies within PriceLabs. At PriceLabs, we are building our Generative AI capabilities to help our users understand & derive the maximum value from our product with ease and create products that can assist revenue management altogether.

Responsibilities

  • Vision & Strategy: Define the roadmap for AI-driven features that turn market data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Insight Synthesis: Design systems that translate complex pricing trends and competitor data into concise, high-context narratives.
  • Actionable Intelligence: Develop the logic for proactive recommendations that guide users on "why" and "how" to adjust their strategies.
  • Accuracy & Trust: Establish frameworks for AI grounding and RAG to eliminate hallucinations and ensure data reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Data Science and Engineering to optimize prompts, model latency, and output quality.
  • User-Centric Design: Work with designers to create intuitive "human-in-the-loop" interfaces for auditing and approving AI suggestions.
  • Impact Measurement: Define KPIs to track how AI features improve user efficiency and revenue performance.

About You

  • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models, with a solid track record in managing Generative AI products.
  • AI Expertise: 4+ years in Product Management with a track record of shipping products powered by LLMs or Generative AI.
  • Full Ownership: Self-driven and capable of managing the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery to post-launch optimisation with minimal oversight.
  • Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of the AI stack (APIs, vector databases, and prompt engineering).
  • Data-Driven: Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech, specifically working with complex datasets or pricing algorithms.
  • Execution-Focused: A bias for action; you are comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment to solve ambiguous problems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
