Your Role
Are you an experienced product manager with a track record of delivering cutting-edge digital products that are designed to revolutionize the way you bank? Do you want to play a key role in driving customer value with conversational AI products?
We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
- have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Manager of one of our flagship GenAI Products in our agile pod
- deeply understand the needs of our clients in Switzerland and across the world, act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
- be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of the chatbot and live chat, while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies, high level service standards and an outstanding UX
- mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods, crews and business units and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients across the organization
- motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
- define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance
- stay informed about the latest advancements in the field of Generative AI. Continuously explore new techniques and methodologies, and apply them to improve our products and conversational flows.
- troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during product development, implementation, or deployment. Your problem-solving abilities and adaptability are essential for maintaining smooth operations, stakeholder buy-in and overcoming obstacles.
Your Team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Analytics & Sales Platform stream in Zurich playing a vital role in shaping our data-driven generative AI journey to solve a variety of challenges. Your expertise will drive the development and enhancement of our conversational AI products ultimately contributing to our organization's growth and success.
Your Expertise
- at least five years experience in leading and managing end-to-end digital transformation initiatives or AI product development in a corporate, multicultural environment, project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management, preferably in the field of conversational AI or in the finance industry
- strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- very strong active listening and communication skills in English to build networks and partnerships at all levels of the organization as well as with external partners. German language as a plus.
- strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate several functions and discuss and align priorities with senior management
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
- solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft) and their machine learning offerings
- first hands-on experience working with large language models
- ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex, technical topics and processes
- passion and interest for everything AI-related
