As a Product Manager, Native Experience & Growth, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new features and products that enhance the user experience and drive growth for our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize features to meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for analyzing user data and metrics to inform product decisions and optimize user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive user growth and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop product requirements
- Analyze user data and metrics to inform product decisions and optimize user engagement
- Work with engineering teams to design and launch new features and products
- Develop and maintain product documentation and user guides
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a growth-focused role
- Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through product development and launch
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret user data and metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
