As a Product Manager, Safety Research at cohere, you will be responsible for leading safety research initiatives and ensuring the development of safe and responsible AI products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks, and develop strategies to address them. This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and software development, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, safety research, or a related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and software development
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with AWS and Python is a plus
