About the Role
As a Product Owner in the AI Frontier Division, you will act as a mini CEO for each business area. Based on a deep understanding of the market and customers, you will plan services and directly create new products and businesses using KRAFTON's AI technology and resources. You will work with AI-native engineers and AI researchers in small squad units to quickly experiment, validate ideas, and grow them into actual businesses.
We are looking for someone who is seeking new challenges in the AI era, has the grit to constantly try new things without fear of failure, and can solve various challenges encountered during the commercialization process based on problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Discover new product and business opportunities based on AI technology, establish strategies, and plan and implement them.
- Manage the entire End-to-End process from product/business strategy formulation to execution and be responsible for outcomes.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers and AI Researchers to establish product development strategies, set directions, and lead execution.
- Analyze and confirm Product-Market Fit through early customer discovery and PoC/Pilot design and validation.
- Oversee product advancement and business growth based on data and user feedback.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Experience leading at least one product/service or business End-to-End from launch to operation.
- Experience defining and executing new product/business opportunities and strategies in uncertain environments, leading to commercialization.
- Experience analyzing market and customer problems and concretizing them into product or business opportunities.
- Experience leading product development and driving key decisions in collaboration with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience making product direction and business decisions based on data (e.g., metric analysis, experiment design).
- Over 7 years of experience in product/business strategy formulation and commercialization.
- No disqualifications for overseas business trips.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating a product or business from 0→1, especially in a startup environment.
- Experience planning, developing, or operating AI/ML-based products or services.
- Experience leading product launches or major feature development in close collaboration with engineers.
- Experience planning global services or operating products for international users.
- MBA degree or experience structuring and solving business problems through strategic consulting.
