As a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst, you will be responsible for managing program costs and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. You will analyze and report on cost and schedule variances, develop and maintain cost and schedule estimates, and provide recommendations to improve program performance.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in cost estimating and scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and SQL.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
