As a Program Cost Control Analyst 3 or 4, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing program costs, financial performance, and budgeting. You will work closely with program managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, cost accounting, and financial analysis, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for programs and projects.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for cost savings.
- Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and implement cost control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to program managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
