As a Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 2 or 3, you will be responsible for analyzing and controlling program costs to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. You will work closely with program managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate cost risks, develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, and provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and control program costs to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with program managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate cost risks.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support program planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other financial software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
