As a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst 2/3, you will be responsible for providing cost estimating, scheduling, and earned value management support to program managers and other stakeholders. You will analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement corrective actions to ensure program success. You will also provide training and guidance to program team members on cost estimating and scheduling best practices.

- Develop and maintain cost estimates, schedules, and earned value management plans for programs

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in cost estimating, scheduling, and earned value management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
