As the Program Management Director 1 for the Command Systems Launch Execution Subsystem, you will be responsible for leading the program management team to ensure the successful execution of launch execution systems. This includes developing and implementing program plans, budgets, and schedules, as well as managing and controlling program risks and issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure the successful integration and delivery of launch execution systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, systems engineering, and leadership, with experience in managing complex programs and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful execution of launch execution systems.
- Manage and control program risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans as needed.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure successful integration and delivery of launch execution systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management, systems engineering, and leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and teams.
- Strong background in program management, systems engineering, and leadership, with experience in managing launch execution systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
