As a Program Manager, Human Data at OpenAI, you will be responsible for managing human data programs that drive the development of AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate data collection and processing pipelines, ensuring high-quality data that meets the needs of our AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data collection and processing pipelines using Python and AWS services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models that utilize human data.
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics and monitoring dashboards to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Work with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop data strategies to meet those needs.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data management, data science, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Experience with data pipelines, data quality metrics, and data governance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
