Job Summary:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst 2 or 3 to join our team in Clearfield, UT. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating program activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and other project management tools.
- Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Provide project status reports, forecasts, and other analytical support to program managers.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in program planning and scheduling, project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
