Project Overview
The project focuses on the technical development, maintenance, and optimization of central web platforms and collaboration systems within a public sector environment.
It includes migration to modern TYPO3 versions (12.4 LTS / 13.4 LTS), operation and enhancement of Nextcloud environments, and the implementation of accessible digital services in line with digital transformation objectives.
Services are primarily delivered remotely, with occasional on-site assignments as required.
Tasks (Responsibilities)
- Comprehensive knowledge in project management and project leadership
- Knowledge of agile software development
- Ability to support processes from concept to release
- Ability to provide consulting on design creation and optimization
- Acting as contact person and interface for the client
- Certification (TCCC) according to http://certification.typo3.org/ or proven equivalent knowledge and project experience (proof to be attached to application) is desirable

Technical Skills
- Project management and leadership (agile methods)

- Basic understanding of CMS/web systems (e.g., TYPO3 environments)
- Requirements analysis and technical concept translation
- Coordination of development teams and delivery processes
Compliance & Security
- Knowledge of IT security standards and public sector compliance requirements
- Willingness to undergo security clearance (SÜG 1 or equivalent)
Language & Communication
