Qualifications/ expectations required:
• Proven working experience in project management.
• Payment system Project management is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Payments experience acquiring and issuing
• Commercial card issuing knowledge is a plus

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Work with Processors and other relevant stakeholders to implement mastercard listed products
• Project manages all activities related to going live with Mastercard products
• Develop full list of activities and dependencies that need to occur
• Track activities and escalate any roadblocks
• Coordinate within Mastercard teams, client and third parties to support completion of critical tasks
• Support the client set up various processes and systems to run the card business efficiently
• Support training and upskilling the client on relevant processes that need to be followed to run a card
business (examples include, payments 101, reconciliation, settlement, billing, chargebacks, etc)
• Oversee all aspects of projects.
• Coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the project's progress.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple
projects.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and
ensuring technical feasibility.
