About the Role

The RD Station AI team is expanding, with the challenge of building and evolving strategic Artificial Intelligence initiatives that are scalable, responsible, and integrated into the company's ecosystem. You will connect Product, Engineering, Security, and other stakeholders, organizing and prioritizing projects to transform AI into a real business capability. With high autonomy and visibility, you will play a fundamental role in structuring routines, governance, and practices that ensure a safe and sustainable environment for the use of AI in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of organization and traction for AI initiatives, connecting teams, stakeholders, and priorities in a multi-product ecosystem.
  • Structure and evolve processes, rituals, and frameworks related to AI operation and governance, ensuring scalability, alignment, and efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of guidelines for responsible AI use, strengthening practices related to security, privacy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage strategic AI projects with Product, Engineering, Security, and Privacy teams, ensuring end-to-end monitoring.
  • Consolidate indicators, risks, status, and executive reports of AI initiatives, supporting decision-making and strategic prioritization.
  • Work with high autonomy in a development context, helping to evolve the maturity of the company's AI initiatives and influencing strategic decisions with leadership.

Requirements

  • Consolidated experience in managing technology projects, development, security, governance, or related areas.
  • Experience in complex and high-scale environments, preferably technology or SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with LGPD and data privacy regulations.
  • Practical experience with projects involving AI, generative AI, or Machine Learning.
  • Experience navigating between different stakeholders and seniority levels.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in multi-product ecosystems.
  • Privacy certifications (CIPM, CDPO) or security certifications (CISSP, CISM).
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act).
  • Being (or wanting to become) an active person in the community, sharing knowledge inside and outside the company through events, articles, mentoring, volunteer initiatives, open-source projects, etc.
