Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompt templates for large language models to enhance accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine model outputs and reduce hallucinations
- Implement evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and model performance
- Stay updated with advancements in NLP and LLM technologies to drive innovation
- Document prompt strategies and best practices for team adoption
- Integrate prompt engineering solutions into production pipelines
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in NLP, prompt engineering, or related fields
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks
- Strong understanding of large language models and their limitations
- Familiarity with APIs and cloud platforms for model deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
