Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for AI systems across diverse use cases to enhance reasoning, creativity, and instruction-following capabilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, clarity, and quality to ensure high-performance outputs
- Create and review deliverables addressing common professional domain requests to improve AI research consistency
- Identify hallucinations, reasoning gaps, or weak outputs and provide structured feedback for model refinement
- Collaborate with peers to enhance AI workflows, response quality, and overall model performance
Requirements
- Strong written communication and analytical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated interest in AI, large language models, prompt engineering, and human-AI interaction
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot is preferred
- Background in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Research, Linguistics, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
