Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote technical interviews for Python backend developer candidates, evaluating coding skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Review resumes and prepare structured interview questions aligned with backend development best practices.
- Assess candidate responses for technical depth in Python, Django/Flask, and RESTful API development.
- Provide detailed feedback on candidate performance and document interview outcomes.
- Coordinate with the team to schedule interviews and ensure smooth interview logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development with server-side application experience.
- Proficiency in frameworks such as Django or Flask and RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.
- Stable internet connection, quiet environment, and proficiency in online communication tools.
