Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-performance RESTful services using FastAPI
- Build scalable microservices leveraging Python’s asyncio, multithreading, and multiprocessing
- Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and persistence pipelines for large-scale datasets
- Design and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, SQL/MySQL, Storage)
- Optimize MySQL schemas, queries, indexes, and replication for performance and scalability
- Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional Python development experience
- Expertise in FastAPI, concurrency (multithreading, asyncio), and large dataset processing
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and MySQL optimization
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and performance profiling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
