Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain manual and automated test plans, scripts, and test cases for new or modified software programs
- Execute automated test scripts using JavaScript and various automation frameworks to verify program functionality
- Perform manual verification of software applications and ensure adherence to user requirements
- Communicate, monitor, and follow up on tasks and issues with product teams
- Review functional and system requirements to ensure project deliverables meet QA criteria
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with offshore QA teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in writing test plans and scripts
- Experience with JavaScript and cross-browser platform testing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for production support incidents
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XPath, JSON, and API testing tools like Postman
- Experience with automation frameworks (Nightwatch, Cypress) and source code management tools (Git, Bitbucket)
