Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) strategies for automotive systems
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA)
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability requirements into system design
- Perform statistical analysis and reliability modeling to predict system performance
- Document and report reliability metrics and improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or automotive systems
- Proficiency in RAMS methodologies and tools (e.g., ReliaSoft, Siemens PLM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Python for reliability analysis and automation
