Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) processes for automotive systems
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA)
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RAMS requirements into system design
- Perform reliability testing and validation of automotive components
- Document and report RAMS metrics and findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in RAMS engineering or related fields
- Strong knowledge of automotive safety standards and reliability methodologies
- Proficiency in reliability analysis tools (e.g., ReliaSoft, Siemens PLM)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
