Key Responsibilities
- Develop reinforcement learning algorithms for robotic control and decision-making
- Implement and optimize RL algorithms for real-time performance
- Design simulation environments for training and testing RL models
- Collaborate with robotics teams to deploy RL solutions on physical systems
- Evaluate and benchmark RL algorithms against baseline approaches
- Contribute to open-source RL and robotics projects
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in reinforcement learning algorithm development
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MuJoCo, PyBullet)
- Strong publication record in RL conferences
