As a Release Train Engineer for Resilient Connectivity Products, you will be responsible for leading the release train to ensure timely and successful delivery of software releases. This role will require strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the release train for Resilient Connectivity Products, ensuring timely and successful delivery of software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and program management, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of releases.
- Develop and maintain release plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks to release success, including technical, schedule, and resource-related risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a release engineering or similar role.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and release planning.
