As a Reliability Engineer II - Avionics Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of avionics systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks, develop and implement reliability improvement plans, and analyze and resolve complex technical issues. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reliability models, conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and collaborating with suppliers to ensure compliance with reliability requirements. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies, including the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms to predict and prevent system failures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to ensure the performance and reliability of avionics systems
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to avionics systems
  • Develop and maintain reliability models to predict and prevent system failures
  • Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate reliability risks
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with reliability requirements
  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to predict and prevent system failures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of avionics systems and their reliability requirements
  • Experience with Python, C++, and Linux
  • Experience with AWS and machine learning algorithms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
