As a Repair Technician III, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment and machinery. This is a 2nd shift (afternoon/evening) position that requires on-site work at our facility in Windsor Locks, CT. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and perform repairs using a variety of tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a repair or maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree or certification a plus
