We are seeking a Research Scientist / Data Manager and Analyst to join our team at the University of Colorado Anschutz. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data management, with a strong background in Python and SQL.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets, developing and implementing data management systems, and collaborating with researchers to design and implement studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze large datasets to support research studies
- Develop and implement data management systems to ensure data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with researchers to design and implement studies, including data collection and analysis
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support research needs
- Provide data visualization and reporting to support research findings
Requirements
- Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as epidemiology, biostatistics, or computer science
- Strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and data management
- Expertise in Python and SQL programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
