As a Researcher, Artifacts - Agent Post-Training, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the artifacts generated by AI agents post-training. This role requires a strong background in machine learning and experience with AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze artifacts generated by AI agents post-training to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new techniques to enhance the performance and efficiency of AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new research findings into AI agent development.
- Design and execute experiments to test the effectiveness of new techniques.
- Communicate research findings and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Strong background in machine learning and experience with AWS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
