We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Researcher, Training to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our internal teams, with a focus on machine learning and cloud computing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, experience with AWS, and excellent communication and training skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on machine learning and cloud computing technologies.
- Design and implement training curricula to meet the needs of our internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and cloud computing technologies.
- Strong background in Python and experience with AWS.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
