Key Responsibilities
- Design motion control systems for automated multi-level stacking/docking systems for drones
- Perform system-level testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, software, and quality
- Support prototype development, validation, and production deployment
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality norms
- Provide technical documentation including design specifications, manufacturing guidelines, and reports
Requirements
- PhD with relevant experience OR MTech/ME or equivalent with relevant experience OR BTech/BE or equivalent with relevant experience
- Experience in mechatronics and industrial robotics system design
- Proficiency in electromechanical assemblies, motion control using sensors/actuators/servo drives, and feedback control systems
- Strong knowledge of computational software such as MATLAB, SIMULINK, and LabVIEW
