Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Sales Manager with deep expertise in CPaa/SaaS

solutions within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer

acquisition and revenue growth while ensuring we remain competitive and innovative in a fast-evolving

market. You will be responsible forleading andmaximizing the

sales team’s potential, developing data-driven sales strategies, and aligning efforts with senior

managementobjectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hitsalestargets by successfully managing the salesteam

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expandsthe company’s customer base

andensuresitsstrongpresence

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales

representatives

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customerrelationships by partnering with them and

understandingtheirneeds

• Presentsales,revenue and expensesreports and realistic forecaststothemanagement team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and

competitionstatus

Requirements:

• MBA or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

• 5–10 years of experience in business development orsales, with a strong track record in CPaaS,

SaaS,orTelecomtechnologysales

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence

at all organizational levels

• Strong leadership qualities, team management capabilities, and hands-on experience guiding

salesteamstoexceedtargets

• Demonstrated ability tomanage the complete sales cycle—fromstrategic planning to closing

enterprise-leveldeals

• Solid understanding of telecom technologies and a keen
