We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years in Salesforce development and 2+ years in leadership roles. This is a remote, work-from-home contract opportunity .
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and enterprise integrations. You will design scalable solutions, guide development teams, and ensure best practices across Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and platform governance.
Key responsibilities include solution architecture, code reviews, system integrations, org optimization, and migration to modern Flow-based frameworks. You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive Agile delivery, and manage deployments.
Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, security models, integrations, and DevOps tools is required. Certifications like Platform Developer I/II are preferred.
