We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist I to join our Organic Chemistry Manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing chemical synthesis processes, ensuring high-quality products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize chemical synthesis processes to meet product quality and yield requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality assurance, and manufacturing to ensure seamless product development and production.
- Design, implement, and maintain Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to track and manage chemical synthesis processes.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize chemical synthesis processes and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process procedures, batch records, and technical reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical synthesis and process development.
- Strong understanding of chemical synthesis principles and laboratory techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
