As a Security Preparedness Lead, Coding Agents, you will be responsible for leading the security preparedness efforts for our coding agents. This includes developing and implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and guidance to our team. You will work closely with our engineering and security teams to ensure that our coding agents are equipped to handle complex security challenges. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and for identifying opportunities to improve our security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures for coding agents
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to coding agents on security best practices
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security protocols
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and industry standards
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AWS and Node.js a plus
