Key Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and optimize semiconductor devices using TCAD tools
- Develop and validate fabrication processes for new device structures
- Perform electrical characterization and reliability testing of devices
- Analyze device performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with process engineers to integrate device designs with fabrication flows
- Troubleshoot device failures and propose corrective actions
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor device engineering or R&D
- Proficiency in TCAD simulation tools (Silvaco, Sentaurus)
- Experience with semiconductor device characterization and testing
- Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and fabrication constraints
