As a Sender Support Agent, you will ensure the management and availability of senders on the Infobip platform, guaranteeing active lines for Marketing and Collections campaigns, and preventing blocks on channels like WhatsApp and SMS through good operational practices.
Responsibilities
- Sender Registration: Perform timely and correct registration of senders on the Infobip platform.
- Compliance Control: Ensure that the necessary number of senders is available for the execution of Marketing and Collections campaigns, meeting required deadlines.
- SIM Card Management: Reception, inventory, and safekeeping of SIM cards for use in campaigns.
- Operational Monitoring and Reports: Maintain updated control of the status of senders, SIM cards, and process progress through internal tracking reports.
- Technical Detection and Escalation: Timely detect possible failures in the Infobip platform and escalate them to the corresponding technical area for resolution.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
