Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications for transcription, summarization, sentiment analysis, and workflow automation
- Build scalable backend services and microservices integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for transcript processing, retrieval, and analytics
- Apply LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI techniques to solve business problems in production
- Improve transcription accuracy, language understanding, and model performance across diverse datasets
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with production application development
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI, ML, or LLM-powered solutions
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, C#/.NET Core, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud deployments, and natural language processing
- Background in language modeling, conversational AI, or speech analytics
