Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using advanced statistical methods, deep learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Create customized NLP solutions tailored to business needs, avoiding off-the-shelf products.
- Fine-tune foundational models and develop classification, forecasting, and uplift models to drive data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities in underwriting and risk assessment through AI/ML.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and findings to leadership in clear, actionable terms.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM technologies to maintain competitive edge.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, including logistic regression, hierarchical regression, and neural networks.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with NLP and LLM, including custom solution development.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and data science/analytics packages.
- Strong experience with cloud services and big data solutions for scalable AI deployment.
