The **Sales Intelligence (SI)** department at Similarweb focuses on making data act. It operates as a high-growth startup embedded within a data giant, utilizing one of the world's most sophisticated datasets with the speed and agility of a day-one venture. The goal is to redefine the "B2C-style" experience for the modern seller, moving beyond traditional B2B dashboards.

Why this role is a game-changer

This role is dedicated to building the "Superpower Suite" for Sales Persons, SDRs, Account Executives, and CSMs. Your mission is to **delete the admin work** that every salesperson hates. If a task is "boring," "manual," or "admin-heavy," your job is to build an AI product that does it for them, allowing them to focus on winning deals.

The SI department is deeply integrated with AI technologies:

  • The Stack: We are deeply embedded with tools like **Claude, Cursor, and AI-driven code/design workflows**.
  • Rapid Prototyping: We build our own prototypes and products in-house, collaborating tightly with a world-class R&D team that moves at lightning speed.
  • Agentic Future: You will define the strategy for **AI Agents** and **AI Skills**—autonomous systems that can research prospects, handle "boring" outreach, and deliver real-time "what to say next" cues during live calls.

A day in the life...

  • Hustle Research: Deep-dive with Sales and CSM teams to identify friction points and transform manual research tasks into automated processes.
  • B2C Mindset in B2B: Design tools that are as addictive and intuitive as consumer apps, ensuring a joyful user experience.
  • AI Orchestration: Lead the charge on **Agentic Workflows**, defining how AI "skills" (like predictive lead scoring or automated prospect discovery) integrate into a seamless seller journey.
  • Cross-functional "Startup" Mode: Partner with data scientists to translate complex signals into simple "buying cues" and bridge the gap between what's technically possible and what's usable for end-users.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ Years of PM Experience: You’ve shipped B2B web products with a strong **"UX Edge"**, prioritizing user adoption and delight.
  • Technical Foundation: BSc in CS, Engineering, or equivalent. You are comfortable discussing "Agentic AI" and "Vector DBs" while remaining focused on simplifying these concepts for the end-user.
  • The "Get-it-done" Mindset: You are proactive and hands-on, willing to use tools like Cursor for wireframing or Claude for brainstorming PRDs.
  • Analytical Depth: You can navigate Similarweb’s massive datasets to extract meaningful signals.
