As a Senior Analyst, Employee Communications – Legal, Contracts & Compliance (LCC), you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to the Employee Communications team. This includes reviewing and analyzing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and communicating with employees on various legal and compliance matters. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged on key issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, legal compliance, and employee communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to inform and engage employees on key issues.
- Collaborate with the Employee Communications team to develop and implement employee communications plans.
- Provide expert-level support to employees on legal and compliance matters.
- Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations and provide guidance to employees on compliance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal compliance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract management, legal compliance, and employee communications.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
