Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into cohesive designs
- Develop detailed construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- Mentor junior architects and draftsmen on best practices in design and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability guidelines, and accessibility requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, resolve design conflicts, and monitor construction progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with a valid license or certification
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project leadership
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) and 3D modeling tools
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green building certifications
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
