Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems to process millions of meter readings daily
- Develop robust APIs and domain models for complex energy market systems
- Build fault-tolerant software to handle dynamic energy data and machine learning pipelines
- Optimize system performance for high-throughput data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenging technical problems
- Implement async processing systems using Celery for efficient task management
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django with REST Framework
- Experience with Celery and async processing systems
- Expertise in PostgreSQL and HTTP/REST API design
- Diligent problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools is a plus
