THE OPPORTUNITY
Gravity is executing an aggressive GCC (Global Capability Centre) staffing strategy across India, targeting 200+ high-growth companies establishing or scaling GCCs in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. To fuel this growth, we are hiring a Senior BDM based in Hyderabad who will open new client accounts, drive strategic partnerships, and generate staffing revenue directly from the GCC ecosystem.
This role is a direct pipeline to Gravity's most exciting growth chapter — you will own the full sales cycle, work closely with senior leadership, and earn uncapped commissions on every deal you close.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Staffing Domain Experience: 6–10 years in Business Development within Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, or Manpower solutions — ideally with exposure to IT/GCC hiring.
Proven Revenue Delivery: Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding B2B sales targets; experience managing large, multi-crore accounts preferred.
GCC / Enterprise Network: Existing relationships with TA Heads, CHROs, or Procurement leaders at GCC companies is a strong advantage.
Hunter Mentality: Highly self-motivated with the ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities with urgency and accountability.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and verbal English; confident presenting to C-Suite and senior HR leadership.
Availability: Must be able to join within a maximum notice period of 1 month.
